Traidcraft's structure
Traidcraft consists of three main organisations bound together by a Deed of Mutual Covenant, which enshrines Traidcraft's Foundation Principles and sets out the basis for mutual co-operation.
The Traidcraft Foundation - Holds a Guardian Share in the trading company to enable it to protect the vision and mission of the organisation.
- Is the Founder member of our charity, Traidcraft Exchange and appoints all its directors.
