Our stakeholders
Every year as part of our commitment to stakeholder engagement, we gather the views of stakeholders about our performance through surveys, interviews and focus groups.
This is done as a combination of normal everyday activity with occasional one-off pieces of research especially for the social accounts. In either case the intention is that we learn from the feedback and apply the lessons to the daily work of Traidcraft.
Cycle of stakeholder surveys
The table below sets out our planned cycle of formal stakeholder engagement via surveys.
Due to economic pressures planned stakeholder surveys in 2009 relating to Producers, Beneficiaries & Institutional Donors in India and Speakers were postponed until 2010. As a consequence of this and the continued economic pressures, future planned stakeholder surveys have unfortunately had to be rescheduled to later years.
