Terms and Conditions

Discount
10% on foods & consumables and 15% on all other products.
(20% off FIRST ORDERS over £300 at catalogue price)

Credit
£500 credit limit with invoicing facility. Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice date.

Delivery
Delivery within 5 working days.

Postage and Packing
FREE on first order and on all subsequent orders over £100 (at discount price). P&P is £4.99 on all other orders.

Insurance
Traidcraft has an insurance scheme which covers you for goods obtained directly from us against theft, fire and perils. Subject to conditions - details in your Fair Trader Handbook received with first order.

Wine and Beer
Due to licensing laws and our alcohol products being held in a bonded warehouse, we are unable to offer a discount and payment must be received with order. As alcohol products come from a different location delivery can take up to 10 working days. It is also against the law to sell alcohol to others without a license.

No Quibble Guarantee
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the non-food goods you received, simply return them within 14 days for a full refund. Due to food hygiene regulations, food products cannot be returned to Traidcraft.

Step 1: Compiling your order

To register your Fair Trader account, Traidcraft must receive an order with your application form.

To send us your first order please follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the link below to download the order form.
2. When asked whether you want to open it, save it or cancel, select 'Save'.
3. Save the order form to somewhere on your computer.
4. Find the order form on your computer, open it and enter the product code, product description and quantities you require. You can find these either in the catalogue or the online shop (but please don't place your first order through the online shop - or you won't get your credit account or discounts)
5. Ensure that you save your completed form.Download the order form (Excel file) - select save when the link opens

You can look at products on our online shop (PLEASE DO NOT place your first order through this link as you will not receive your discounts and your credit facility will not apply) by going to www.traidcraftshop.co.uk. Once you have decided which products you want to order, enter the details into the Excel spreadsheet and attach it to the application form below when asked to do so.
