To register your Refreshments account, Traidcraft must receive a first order as part of your application form.

When you have sent your form, we will email you to confirm your application. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.

Once we have received your details, a member of the team will contact you to confirm your account and order details.

Payment

If you would like to make payment with your order, you can give us your credit or debit card details over the phone when we contact you.

Otherwise, you will receive an invoice for payment within 30 days.

Credit terms

£200 credit limit (if you would like a higher limit, please call us on 0191 497 3999 to discuss or type a request into the comments box at the end of the form)
Invoices are due for payment within 30 days from the date of invoice.

Delivery

Goods are sent by post or road freight, and normally received within 5 working days.
FREE on ALL orders over £50 (usual p&p charge £4.95).

Returns

Food and beverages are non-returnable. However, if any items are damaged or missing from your order, please contact customer services on 0845 330 8901.
