About retail accounts
Retail accounts are intended for those with shop premises and are generally independent high street outlets selling directly to the consumer.
If you are selling on a stall, through a basket or bag scheme, through a website, through the catalogue or on a market stall, please visit Traidcraft's Fair Trader area for details on applying for a Fair Trader account.
If you are a wholesaler, part of a nationwide chain, or in general are able to buy in full pallet quantities, please visit our wholesale pages.
