Why are some promotions only advertised on the webstore or via email?

Where possible we will try to notify you of all offers by post, as we are aware that not all of our customers are au fait with using the internet.

However, it remains the case that using the webstore or emails is a quicker, cheaper and more flexible way to advertise new products and promotions, and therefore it is sensible for us to use these methods as much as possible.
