Donation Envelopes

Our new donation envelopes are the latest edition to our fundraising tools designed with you in mind. You can use them to help you fundraise at events, amongst your congregation or amongst friends and family.

When do I use them?

We have created our donation envelopes as a new tool for our supporters to help them when collecting donations on our behalf. They are designed to be used in a number of different situations, ranging from a church service to a garden party. This is a versatile fundraising tool specifically designed with you in mind to make collecting funds on our behalf as a easy as possible.

How do I use them?

The envelopes are packed into bundles of 25 and come with a factsheet written to answer all of your questions about how to use our donation envelopes.

They are very simple to use:-

  • Hand them out amongst your guests/congregation/friends asking them to fill in the declaration if they are a UK tax payer (this will allow us to claim 28p back for every pound donated).
  • After you have collected them back in, simply open them up, keeping the ones we can claim Gift Aid on separately and send us a cheque for the total amount.
  • If there are donations that are Gift Aid eligible, please include the backs of the envelopes (completed Gift Aid declarations) and the donation amount with your cheque.

How do I get them?

  • Order online through the Traidcraft shop, ref: 51520.

Envelopes come in packs of 25 and they are free of charge.
