Gift Aid your donations

If you are a UK taxpayer, paying income tax and/or capital gains tax, you can sign up for Gift Aid.

For example, a £10 donation to Traidcraft Exchange is worth an extra £2.82 making your gifts worth even more to the people we work with in the developing world.

Those extra pounds certainly add up. In 2005-2006 we managed to reclaim £194,124. Please help us to increase this amount and get more money from the Inland Revenue this year.

To qualify for Gift Aid you must have paid income tax or capital gains tax (on earnings, savings or pension), which is at least equal to the amount of tax that will be reclaimed on your donations in any one financial year – currently 25p for every £1 you donate).
