How can I update my existing will?
The easiest way to update your will is to write a codicil. This is a document that changes, adds to or removes parts of your existing will and means you do not have to write a whole new will.
The codicil is then kept with your will.
It must be witnessed by two people (not beneficiaries) as your original will was.
