Our Methodology and Approach

We base our methodology on adult learning principles and a participatory and experiential approach to capacity building.

We utilise Kolb’s adult learning cycle in the development and delivery of our training and capacity building services.

An important aspect of our work involves building the capacity of overseas trainers and service providers to better support small businesses.

We have a model for how we approach this in our projects which also illustrates the role our new ‘Associates’ will play.
