What are your first impressions?

This is the first time I have come to the UK and for me it looks like a different world.

Today I visited where you do all the packaging and saw an order, I went through the chain. So easily you can find out what is where! It is very professional what you are doing and I have taken some ideas for what I can also do. I am getting lots of ideas so I can be more professional.

I had a chance to meet with the quality checkers and I realise if any item is cancelled or rejected, it really is a loss for you [Traidcraft] also.

At the moment we [Manjeen] are very small but this can be a learning for us, step by step. For me it is really good.

I am really thankful to Traidcraft that they invited me here to see this different style of working. It is better to see with my own eyes.

Will you be sharing your experiences with producer groups when you return to Delhi?

I am going to have a meeting and call every producer there. Now I have a very good picture to tell them what I have seen with my eyes. I would like to share my feelings with them.
