Traidcraft unveils new autumn 2008 fair trade range

The UK's leading fair trade organisation has unveiled its new autumn 2008 catalogue – and it's bigger than ever!

Autumn/Winter catalogueTraidcraft's new fair trade range also boasts the widest selection range of recycled and organic products yet.

This autumn's new collection includes an array of handmade products - produced all over the world - from beautiful handmade jewellery and striking homeware products to colourful children's gifts and stylish clothing. All this plus the usual extensive selection of quality fair trade food products, coffees, teas and wine.

With more than 400 products to choose from there’s something for everyone with highlights including:

  • A selection of Christmas themed items including a stylish ceramic range from Thailand featuring a delicate embossed snowflake design, tasty treats from the Christmas food section such as a bumper hamper full of fair trade goodies and beautiful handmade nativity sets from Indonesia and Vietnam.

  • New this year, the ‘Red Wine Gift Set’ specially packaged in a handmade rattan basket from Vietnam and filled with South African Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, two recycled wine glasses from Bolivia and a Raja bottle stopper from SIPA producers in India.

  • Great jewellery including recycled pieces such as the eye-catching black foil pendant necklace from India featuring a recycled glass and silver foil pendant.

  • New styles of the ever-popular organic T-shirt range which are produced in a fair trade way as well as being made from 100% Fairtrade certified organic cotton.

  • Unique handmade pots from Vietnam made from wound recycled magazines. Each one is completely different – a definite talking point and thoughtful eco gift.

This catalogue also sees the introduction of a new layout designed to better display the uniqueness of our fair trade products.

Traidcraft works with farmers and craft workers across Africa, Asia and South America.
